Customer Service

  • How can I track my order?
    Online order tracking is only available if you chose to ship via UPS or FedEx. For tracking FedEx shipments, please click here. For UPS shipments, please click here. You will be re-directed to the actual shipping carriers websites. You may also call us at 1-888-826-8695.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Depending on your selected shipping method and location. Shipping Ground may take between 5-7 business days for transit upon processing. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST in order to be process that same day. All orders after 12:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. The day your order is processed does NOT count as a transit day.

  • How do I cancel/change and order??
    If you need to cancel/change an order please call us toll free at 1-888-826-8695. Leave a message if you call after business hours. To cancel an order we need your order number and last name. We will make every attempt to cancel/change your order if it has not already been shipped. We will place it on hold, then call you to confirm your cancellation.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase. A refund to the original payment method and will be issued once product has been returned and received. Tantowel is not respondsible for shipping/delivery charges for returned/exchanged products.

  • What are my payment options?
    For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All online payments made via credit card are processed with Authorize.net for your safety.
    Orders submitted using payments made with a Business or Personal Check are listed as "Order Received". Customers must mail check payment in the exact amount of the order to: Tantowel Inc., 2665 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89032. Once payment is received and cleared orders are then shipped to the address listed on the received order information.

  • How do you calculate shipping charges?
    Shipping charges vary by weight and destination. To find exact shipping costs, a shipping calculator is available as soon as an item is placed in the shopping cart. Just enter your Zip Code in the field provided, and shipping charges will automatically be displayed.

  • What are my shipping options?
    We have available shipping methods via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

    UPS shipping options vary by destination ranging from Ground (5 to 7 business days) to Next Day Air with prices increasing for expedited service. Options can be viewed using the shipping calculator which is available when an item is placed in the shopping cart.

    USPS, The United States Postal Service does not guarantee delivery time nor do they provide tracking information. USPS does not offer tracking. By choosing the United State Postal Service as your shipping provider, you as the customer assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. Tantowel will not refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. The customer must file any disputes and/or claims directly with the United States Postal Service.

    Disclaimer: Once orders have left our facility, TanTowel is no longer responsible for packages. Any disputes (unreceived packages, damaged goods, etc.) or claims must be filed by the ordering customer through Shipping carrier directly.

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is charged only when the shipping address is within the state of Nevada (8.1%).

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    To ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO, please use United States Post Office (USPS) for your shipping method.

    FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses in the U.S.

    UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an additional address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

  • Do you ship to APO & FPO addresses?
    Please use United States Post Office (USPS) for your shipping method when shipping to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address.

    Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. TanTowel® is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

  • Do you ship orders internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally, however at this time, www.tantowel.com only accepts international orders placed using a United States issued debit/credit card.

    Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. TanTowel® is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

  • What if I need to correct my address after my order has been placed?
    Please contact us immediately with any address corrections. Most orders are shipped same day and incorrect information will delay receipt of package. Customer billing and shipping addresses are entered as is. Tantowel cannot be held accountable for an incorrect address of delivery. Ordering customer is responsible for any and all additional delivery interceptions or exceptions that require an additional charge for re-routing.
