  • How can I track my order?
    Use our onlineorder tracking systemor call us at1-888-826-8695. Online order tracking is only available if you chose to ship via UPS. If you wish to track an order that was shipped via US Postal Service, please call us at 1-888-826-8695.


  • What is your policy on cancelling an order I have already placed?
    At Tantowel® we think you should be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to call us. We will make every attempt to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.

    If you need to cancel an order please email us or call us toll free at 1-888-826-8695.Leave a message if you call after business hours. To cancel an order we need your order number and last name. We will place it on hold, then call you to confirm your cancellation.

  • How do I re-order products from my past purchases?

  • What are my payment options?
    For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All online payments are processed with Authorize.net for your safety. You can visit the authorize.net sitehere.

  • How do you calculate shipping charges?
    All packages are shipped via UPS, or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges vary by weight and destination. To find exact shipping costs, a shipping calculator is available as soon as an item is placed in the shopping cart. Just enter your Zip Code in the field provided, and shipping charges will automatically be displayed.

  • What are my shipping options?
    All packages are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).

    UPS shipping options vary by destination ranging from Ground (5 to 7 business days) to Next Day Air with prices increasing for expedited service. Options can be viewd using the shipping calculator which is available when an item is placed in the shopping cart.

    USPS shipping options vary by destination from Priority Mail to Express Mail with prices increasing for Expedited Service.

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is charged only when the shipping address is within the state of Nevada (7.75%).

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO. To ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO, please use United States Post Office (USPS) for your shipping method.

  • What if I need to correct my address after my order has been placed?
    Please contact us immediately with any address corrections. Most orders are shipped same day and incorrect information will delay receipt of package.

  • What is your policy on refunds or exchanges?
    We believe in our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the product within 30 days for a 100% refund less shipping and handling. Please contact our office at 1-888-826-8695 regarding exchanges and returns.
